So our menu for the week is going to be filled with familiar favorites.
Truth be told, I am in need of some yummy tried and true vegan recipes. I have just about exhausted our favorites and it's time for some new ones! The good news is that I just ordered these two vegan cookbooks on Amazon:Eat, Drink & Be Vegan and Vegan Comfort Food.

Breakfast Options:
we always have some sort of coffee in the morning... either brewed Yukon blend or iced espresso with almond milk.
- Bagel with peanut butter and fruit jelly

 - Oatmeal with fruit and nuts

Lunch Options:
- Vegetable Sushi with Miso Soup

 - Veggie Sandwiches with chips
 - Leftovers from Dinner

 - Crackers, Pretzels or Kashi Bars
 - Fresh Fruit: Watermelon, Oranges and Cantaloupe
 
Dinner Options:
- Portobello Burgers and Fries
 - Veggie Fajitas and Spanish Rice with Beans
 - Spring Rolls with dipping sauce and brown Rice
 - Vegetable Tian with Quinoa
 - Penne and Salad
 - Angel Hair and Rosemary Bread
 - Asian Stir Fry and white rice
 
- German Chocolate Cupcakes
 - Turtle Mountain Ice Cream
 
- Water
 - 100% Ocean Spray Juice
 - Mango Juice
 - Lemonade
 - beer/wine
 
I just keep thinking about how yummy EVERYTHING you made was... mmmm.. I'm getting hungry :D
